• Processing times is 3-5 business days excluding shipping or delivery to our stores for store pick up.

    • Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays

  • Shipping time will take an additional 3-10 business days for U.S. orders. International orders to Japan will depend on shipping carrier. 

  • Due to staff shortages you might experience some delays in your order being processed. Please be patient with us while we get your orders out as soon as possible.

  • Please do not email us about the status if your order if it is still within the processing and shipping time frame. 

By purchasing from LexBreezy Hawai’i your package is automatically insured up to the contents value. 

  • if your order tracking says “Delivered” and you still have not received your order. Please contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim will need to be filed as soon as possible.

  • LEXBREEZY HAWAI’I is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels inflicted by shipping carriers

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

  • If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.

  • Local pickup orders are fulfilled at our warehouse and will be delivered to our boutiques weekly on Wednesdays.
  • Orders placed on Monday and Tuesday of the same week are not guaranteed for Wednesday delivery. All orders will still take 3-5 days to process before delivery to our store.
  • Keep in mind that same-day pick up is not available.
  • Please wait to receive email confirmation that your order is "Ready for Pickup" before picking up your order.
  • Please do not visit the store until you have received an email saying that your order has been delivered.
  • If you do not receive any communication regarding your order after 10 business days, please contact us to look into your order.
